　　国产轮廓仪厂家生产的国产轮廓仪/粗糙度轮廓仪为接触式测量。X轴采用高精密的摩擦导轨为基准，Z1轴采用数字传感器，触针轻触表面，传感器记录初始位置，驱动机构带动测头沿设定路径移动，触针随表面起伏，传感器实时记录触针位移，测绘出被测零件的表面轮廓形状的坐标点，通过计算机的软件对传感器采集的原始数据进行数学运算处理，标注所需的测量项目。
